2025 Richland Bombers High School

B.A.D. will meet Monday-Thursday for 6 weeks each summer in the RHS gyms. Check-in in the gym foyer. Three separate sessions will be offered daily from Jun 23, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Please sign up for the session that you plan on attending. This is my second year running the program, but I have just finished playing 5-years of college football at the University of Idaho. I would love to bring what I have learned in the weight room and help get our student athletes get stronger and have them compete at the highest level.
